I love the Turbulence Training Method. It is a tremendously effective way to burn fat and upgrade your level of fitness. Also, for me it was a great way to lower the amount of cardio that I was doing. I have to admit that I hate cardio so that was a big plus for me. So that you understand from the start, regular cardio training like running or biking or stair climbers or treadmills or rowing machines are not part of the Turbulence Training .
Turbulence Training recognizes that the real success in any fat loss or strength training program lies in the variety of your workouts. Your body has the intelligence to adapt to your workout routine. When it does it lessens the effectiveness. Turbulence Training recognizes this fact and provides you with great variety to your workouts.
There is a nice quick start guide to get you up and running when you download the eBook. There is nothing more frustrating that having to take a couple of days to digest all of the information. Turbulence Training is packed with information but this quick start guide gets you moving quickly in the right direction.
Turbulence Training also emphasizes the need to alter your lifestyle. In order to achieve lifetime fitness and fat loss requires you to change the way that you do things.
Turbulence Training in A Nutshell
1. Train 3 days per week. Alternate between Workouts A & B.
2. Each workout will be resistance training followed by Interval Training.
3. Perform 2-4 sets per exercise and 6-8 repetitions per set.
4. Pair “non-competing” exercises in supersets.
5. Rest 1 minute between exercises.
6. Perform 2 warm-up sets.
7. Conclude each workout with Interval Training.
8. Change the exercises in the workout every 3 weeks!
9. Get your nutrition together! Decrease your calorie intake by eliminating processed carbohydrates and some saturated fat from your diet.
Turbulence Training provides detailed, step-by-step, exercise-by-exercise, rep-by-rep so that you will be able to maximize your results by following the belly fat burning workouts to the letter. They also provide Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Level workouts so that no matter where you are in you fitness level there is a workout program for you.
If there is a weakness to the program it may be that it lacks slightly in the diet area. However, what I would recommend is that you pair it with a great diet program such as Strip That Fat or Fat Loss 4 Idiots. Both of these programs are great diet programs although they are lacking in the fitness arena.
I could tell you more about the Turbulence Training program but I think it is easier to have Craig Ballantyne tell you about. Click here to learn more and why you should join his affiliate program.
