Three days ago I decided to break down and spend some money on some knowledge. I became a member of Wealthy Affiliate. My initial thrust to make money is going to be in the direction of affiliate products. I figured I needed some help in this area since I have shared with you that I am essentially clueless. I debated whether to spend the money but felt that I had to. They have two different membership options. You can pay an entire year in advance ($29.99/mo) or you can pay one month at a time ($39.99/mo). I chose the one month at a time option since I really don’t have the extra $360 right now. So to this point I have spent $120 on my venture and have received exactly $0. I am definitely not discouraged about this. The sites that I have content on have been indexed by Google and I am learning quite rapidly. I have now been online for about 3 weeks.
I am a tad bit excited. I read something in the Wealthy Affiliate forum the other night that has given a tremendous amount of hope and has helped formulate a plan of action. I will let you know how it goes in the coming days. Wealthy Affiliate just may be what I need to give me a kick in the butt and send me in the right direction. Only time will tell.
